Black chickpea mango pickle

 6 cups mango pieces
 1 cup salt
 ¾ cup chilli powder
 1 cup black chickpea
 ½ cup garlic cloves
 1 tbsp turmeric
 2 cups sesame oil

take 1 cup mustard powder and heat it at low flame and then blend it into a fine powder

Add 6 cups mango pieces, 1 cup salt, 3/4 cup chili powder, 1 cup black chickpea, 1/2 cup garlic cloves, 1 tbspn fenugreek powder, turmeric powder 1 tbspn to a bowl

Add the blended mustard powder to the earlier mix along with 2 cups of sesame oil

Mixing for preservance

Mix the paste for three consecutive days for few minutess a day.
