Soak almonds and cashew nuts in water for 4 hours
Blend the soaked almonds and cashews with 2 tsp of butter milk and 1/4 cup milk
Heat a pan on medium and add butter to it.
To the boiling butter add pinch of cardamom, cinnamon and cloves.
Add 1/2 cup onions to it and cook it till onions, add 1/4 tsp turmeric to it and let the onions cook for couple of minutes
Add 1/4 ginger garlic paste, salt and mix the ingredients and let them cook until turned golden brown color
Add tomatoes to and cook for 5 minutes till moisture in tomato disappear
Add bottle gourd pieces to it an mix it well, let it cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame
Add 1 tsp chili powder (or as per taste) and mix it
Add almond puree to the dish and let it cook for 10 mins.
Garnish the dish with coriander and mix all together.
